Hello, I am Tamara Hunter, Founder of Womb Wisdom Wellness. I am committed helping women/birthing people identify inner strengths to prioritize their mental and emotional wellness. I offer holistic person centered approach to therapy rooted in empowerment, identifying inner strengths which supports growth, self development and inner healing. My experience includes working with adolescents, adults, couples, families and group therapy. I have specialty training in working with clients experiencing mood reactions related to infertility, pregnancy, reproductive and infant loss, still birth, birth trauma, women’s issues and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
I provide a safe space for clients to engage in and manage their healing process. My approach is supportive, encouraging, respectful, and designed to meet your individual needs. Postpartum Wellness Group for Black Moms
This wellness group is specifically designed for Black moms with infants and toddlers up to 3 years old who are navigating the beautiful yet challenging journey of postpartum. We understand that this period can be overwhelming, and we want to create a safe space where you can share your experiences, connect with other moms, and receive guidance from experts.
