Hi there! Remain Connected Counseling is a faith based counseling practice. We have a holistic view for healing: body, soul, and spirit. We love getting the opportunity to guide people in their journey of personal healing and self discovery. Our heart as a team of therapists is to help people connect with God, themselves, and others so they can find fulfillment and purpose. We love listening to clients, helping you find solutions, psycho-educating you about emotions and most of all creating a safe place to process and attain healing.
We see children, teens, individuals and marriages. Some of the theories we use: Attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Family Systems, and Emotional Focused therapy, EMDR, Prepare Enrich, Trauma Focused CBT and TeleMental Health.
We value the impact of childhood and adolescent experiences on adult identity, relationships, and behavior. Consequently, our heart as therapists is to help people connect with God, themselves, and others so they can find fulfillment and peace, happiness, and purpose.
