Throughout our life each of us will be faced with a variety of challenges the outcome of which may profoundly affect us and those we love. As a licensed psychologist it is my privilege to give clients hope that as they resolve their personal and relationship issues they will begin to truly live the life they were meant to live - one filled with joy, confidence, enthusiasm and purpose.
In a safe and caring atmosphere utilizing a variety of proven methods, I assist my clients in reaching their personal and professional goals. As part of the process of growth, we work on improving their interpersonal skills so that they will have more satisfying relationships.
With issues of depression and/or anxiety, my clients acquire the tools they need to live more satisfying and meaningful lives. For couples struggling with troubling aspects of their relationships, I help them improve their style of communicating so they can reach deeper levels of understanding and greater intimacy.
