I work with adults facing anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, and motivation challenges. I also support children with ADHD by partnering with parents to create consistent, supportive strategies at home and in daily life. My approach with children is grounded in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), a trauma-informed model that emphasizes connection, empowerment, and correction to help children feel safe, supported, and better able to thrive.
I help by creating a warm, supportive therapeutic environment where I draw upon integrated approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also identify as Christian and can incorporate a biblical perspective into our work together if that is meaningful to you.
My practice is unique because I bring both clinical expertise and compassionate care to each session, meeting clients where they are while supporting their growth through evidence-based practices and, when requested, faith-based guidance.
I am passionate about this work because I deeply believe in the resilience of the human spirit. Let's thrive together.
