I have learned that this life journey consists of many twists and turns, and it can be overwhelming trying to approach things alone. Sometimes those difficulties can be emotionally taxing, disrupt balance, and trigger past experiences we have endured, including the effects of intergenerational trauma and the grief it brings. Even things that seem simple can create hardships and reveal some of the unhealthy coping behaviors we use to deal with them... you know, those behaviors that help us feel safe, protected, and in control. I want to partner with you to unpack the things that keep you stuck and face those challenges effectively.
