Many of my clients were active duty, grew up in military families, or just learned early that keeping it together wasn't optional. Using my ROOTED framework, I help you trace these patterns back to where they started, so you understand them instead of just reacting to them. You leave able to catch triggers in real time and choose a different response.

I help Black and Brown women trace the patterns behind tempers that flare, arguments that disrupt relationships, difficulty speaking up, and grief that lingers. I use my framework and own experience as a woman of color and veteran to understand clients shaped by military and family life. I see individuals and couples ready to work through a shared pattern.
