Clients I work with often decrease their anxiety and depression, by learning to recognize and be with underlying feelings, that arise in the body, in a way that feels relieving and leads to positive feeling states of connection, calm, clarity, aliveness, and wholeness. Using a holistic therapeutic approach to treatment we will work together to find balance.
