For the past decade, I’ve helped men from all walks of life—straight, gay, trans, single, married, divorced, business owners, artists, athletes, young adults, those in midlife, and retirees—navigate life’s challenges. I offer compassion, clarity, and a therapy process tailored to who you are. No one size fits all approach. No judgment. Just meaningful work that helps you understand yourself and create real change.

I blend open, psychodynamic exploration with practical, actionable skills you can use in daily life. Together, we’ll work through what you need help with, be it: anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, work-life balance, grief, relationship patterns, or self-image struggles. You’ll gain both insight and tools—to understand what’s happening, and make change.
