Our overall goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential place for each person to be themselves, discuss your feelings, overcome your fears, increase your self awareness, remove obstacles, challenge your current thought process, and learn new effective ways to overcome life challenges.
We feel each person is the master of their life. Our role is to empower you by helping to provide you with insight and an array of "tools" (life skills) to fill your "toolbox" so that after our journey is complete you can use the tools from your toolbox for future situations.
