I enjoy working with adults who are struggling with sexual trauma recovery, CPTSD, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, changes in spirituality/loss of faith, and people who are working through existential issues. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming person and therapist.
I pride myself on taking a multi-faceted approach to counseling. I believe in tailoring my sessions to my client's individual needs- in the moment. There are times for EMDR, cognitive processing, emotional expression, focusing on stabilization behaviors, and integrating expressive arts. When we build a connection together, we'll know what to do.
