While our work focuses upon your psychological wellbeing, I do consider the wholistic contribution of spiritual, social and physical factors.
I believe most everyone is born with the potential to feel happy. Through life, stuff happens, we get hurt. So we develop ways to never get hurt again which unfortunately lead to more unhappiness. I help people work with those parts of themselves which interfere with their feeling happy and contented.
My professional strengths are the result of doctoral education, intensive training, personal therapy and lots and lots of experience. Successful therapy can be a potentially life-changing experience...this I know very well. I love working with people because I can relate to most people who come into my office.
