My focus is on helping individual adults & couples with relationship issues, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, PTSD. I am also trained & experienced in EMDR and have worked with active military, veterans, first responders, medical professionals, therapists, sex workers, lawyers, business owners, clergy, marginalized, unemployed, and more.
