As a psychology expert and Emory-trained coach, I take a holistic approach to each client. I blend counseling, mindfulness, EFT/EMDR, and mind-body practices to help you release fear and unhelpful patterns, so you can feel more empowered, peaceful, and fulfilled. I also specialize in ADHD coaching and executive function coaching.

I design and lead customized groups and masterminds for organizations, meeting people exactly where they are. I’m a TEDx speaker ("Defusing Stress with Mindful Mojo"), TEDx speaker coach, professional speaker, corporate trainer, and mindfulness author of two books. Together with my wife Angela, I’m currently writing our third book on Mindful Leadership.
