Whether an individual is seeking therapy for the first time or looking someone different, I welcome every client into each session with the belief that they are a whole and unique person, not the sum of their issues. I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages (3 - 65) achieve happiness and fulfillment while always building upon their strengths. I believe that everyone has the ability to grow and live a healthy and fulfilling life, no matter how defeated or pessimistic they may feel.
I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing a variety of issues. Some issues include depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and LGBTQ+ related issues. Having served in the US Army, I enjoy working with veterans and their family members. I use a variety of treatment methods such as play therapy, talk therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
You don't have to be anyone or anything other than you. You are the expert in your life and issues. I feel therapy is a collaborative process where we work together in reaching your goals. My priority is you: I work hard to create a safe and brave space in which my clients can feel seen and heard.
