I utilize EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Emotion-Focused, Coherence, and the Gottman Method therapies to create a tailored, depth-oriented process. My approach supports clients in untangling emotional blocks, healing relationship wounds, and cultivating a sense of internal clarity and connection—beyond symptom management and into deeper meaningful change.
