About
If you’re reading this, you’re having some sort of trouble. I help good people get through tough times. There are many ways to do counseling. You can think of me as a life coach who offers principles to help you solve personal and relational problems. And /or, I can be your therapist to help you process a history of hurts and help you get on with your life. I work with couples and individuals (children, teens and adults) in an atmosphere that is casual and relaxed. I use language and tools you can use now. No psychobabble. If we connect we're likely to do some good work. So I'm ready when you are.
In addition to formal and continuing education my experience comes from over fifty two years of marriage, raising two children and keeping up with four grandchildren and all the adventure that entails. I can help you learn to manage your mind and moods so you can communicate effectively, enjoy loving relationships and live productively.
My intention is to keep the psychobabble to a minimum and connect with you in a caring and practical way. Over eighty percent of my clients come to me on the recommendation of others and I look forward to working with you.
