About
For some, starting therapy either for the first time, or re-engaging in therapy, can feel daunting. They're unsure what to expect or how long they may need to be in therapy. Often anxiety or depression develop as a response to unresolved grief or trauma. Life transitions such as graduation, retirement, becoming a parent, changing professions, or buying a house invoke anxiety. Childhood trauma or abusive relationships with partners or parents can lead to depression. I help people work through trauma and those struggling with life transitions. I help people find solutions to their dilemmas so they can move forward in their lives
I have been working in this field for the past 30 years, helping people resolve problems and issues, that lets them move forward in life. I use Solution Focused Strategies, helping people identify problems, explore goals, and resolve the problem that brought them to counseling. I use Hypnosis, helping with various or recurring life problems,
I provide a safe space and non judgmental environment to individuals and couples who are struggling with issues in life. I listen to your concerns, I offer constructive feedback, insights into your problem, and work with you to help you reach your goals.
