I offer an Integrative, Person Centered Approach using; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Certified Hypnosis Practitioner (CHP). I also utilize talk therapy with Prolong Exposure Therapy (PET), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Grounding.
