I am well versed in Existential, Cognitive-Behavioral, Client-Centered, and Trauma Informed Therapies as well as meditation and mindfulness based approaches. I have an interest in therapeutic life changes with a focus on diet, sleep, and exercise and their effects on mental health.
I have researched ICU delirium and am interested in providing services for individuals who have experienced hallucinations, delusions, or disorientation while in an Intensive Care Unit setting. I am also trained in assisting people integrate difficult or life changing experiences that occurred during other altered states of consciousness.
