A lot of these men have spent years misunderstood by family, schools, workplaces, doctors, or even previous therapists. Many see their patterns clearly but still feel trapped repeating them.
My approach is direct, grounded, and practical. We focus on what's actually driving the problem beneath the surface. Most of what looks like the problem started as a solution, an adaptation that made sense once and has outlived its use. The goal isn't figuring out why you're stuck. It's getting unstuck.
Therapy focuses on understanding what those patterns were trying to protect, whether they're still serving you, and what becomes possible when they no longer have to run your life. The work isn't collecting more insight. It's using insight to make different choices where they matter most.
