I am a Transpersonal Wilderness Therapist who uses a variety of modalities to support skill building and behavioral changes, while also working with the body, using dreamwork, imagery, storytelling, and soul-centric work to deepen our understanding of the work we are doing together.
My job is to accompany you in your journey and to bear witness to your struggles and success. While skill building, making behavioral changes and being able to move through trauma is an extremely important and useful part of therapy, being seen, heard and witnessed is every bit as important.
I work with people who struggle with anxiety, relationship issues, sexuality, grief, addiction, OCD and life transitions. I work with individuals, couples as well as groups groups. I do intensives, including time spent outdoors and offer Telehealth as well as in person sessions.
