Greetings, I'm Denitra Gaines LPC, NCC. I feel very fortunate to support individuals as they work through life's challenges. I am a fully licensed professional counselor. I have success in helping individuals manage the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, chronic stress management, and life adjustments. I utilize Trauma focused CBT, and DBT among other techniques which have been proven to help reduce distress, improve interpersonal relationships, and allow individuals manage their moods and thoughts more effectively.
