Hi! I’m Denitra Beasley, LPC-S, an African American faith-based licensed Louisiana provider. My primary areas of focus include relationship concerns, adjusting to life transitions, depression, and anxiety. Though I am a Christian provider, I welcome all beliefs, cultures, and backgrounds. My belief is that there aren’t any cookie cutter approaches to therapy; however, we each attain healing and wellness using various means. My therapeutic approaches are primarily eclectic and include hints of solution-focused, reality, Rogerian, cognitive behavioral or Gestalt techniques.
I enjoy creating a warm and comforting environment for my clients. I have been told my therapy style has challenged my Clients to create their own healing by doing things outside of their normal routine. I’ve found that these techniques have encouraged my Clients to achieve and maintain their goal of wellness.
I often encourage my Clients to identify what they would like to say about themselves once they have completed the therapy process.
