Clients that I work with are looking to explore the difficult emotions that they are carrying & process events that they have experienced that are impacting their every day life. Stress, worries, & life satisfaction are often what bring clients to therapy however processing the needs not being met & how to shift our awareness to engage in life in a way forward are what I often support clients in working on. Processing trauma & past events can be a focus as this can help to change perspective, increase emotional vulnerability, explore relationships dynamics as well as increase the awareness that trauma has on the whole body.
I have significant experience working with those that struggle with anxiety, depression & trauma. I utilize a variety of approaches, including language, culture & traditions & strive to help clients learn more about how the body stores trauma. I also have experience with court-involved therapy, such as Coparenting Counseling & Family (reunification) Therapy.
Talking about our inner thoughts and struggles can be difficult, therefore finding a good fit in a therapeutic relationship is key. Please contact me if you would like to explore your inner space, develop more awareness about yourself & overall are looking to go on a journey of self-exploration & healing.
