I utilize a mindfulness centered, somatic approach in therapy to help integrate the body, heart, and mind. My specialty areas include working to gently shift old patterns and belief systems and explore the issues that lie just beneath the depression and anxiety. I also weave EMDR into my experiential work which further helps to facilitate deeper healing.
