She works in the treatment of mood disorders, depression, stress management, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, parenting, marriage, codependency, infertility, and adoption. She also works with clients to help them find motivation; move through life challenges and changes; reestablish their self-esteem and confidence; as well as find resolution with family conflicts. She has experience with the Enneagram, Boundary setting, and Attachment styles to help learn how to navigate relationships. She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Denise uses a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and works with diagnosis of PTSD, CPTSD, and trauma. In addition, she uses EMDR, CBT, Client Centered, and Solution Focused to allow clients to achieve their desired outcomes. Denise has led seminars on mental health first aid, parenting, and infertility.

This is a four-week group designed to help parents with children ages 3-12 years old with attachment styles, parenting styles, communication, and effective discipline. Over the span of the group you will learn a lot, including your personal attachment style and how does this affect my relationship with my child. You will learn adjustments to parenting style to help positive interactions. How to communicate effectively and lastly you will learn effective ways to discuss and implement discipline. This is a very interactive group, virtual, and perfect for you as you navigate parenthood.
