Many of my clients have learned how to keep going, even while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. My goal is to create a space where you do not have to perform or have it all figured out. Therapy with me is a place to exhale, be honest about what you are carrying, and feel supported as you begin to understand yourself with more compassion.
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and practical. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, self-growth, and life transitions. Together, we will identify patterns, build coping tools, and move toward meaningful change with compassion and clarity.
