I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I will help you explore healthier, more adaptave ways to cope and function in life through goal setting and exploration.
My practice focuses on treating a multitude of clinical issues including: eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self esteem, family issues, relationship difficulties, personal life challenges, self harm, general life transitions, and women's issues.
