While I offer tools to immediately help my clients cope with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, emotions, mood volatility and trauma; I also dive deeper in a more psychotherapeutic way in order to help prevent these struggles from ever resurfacing, and if they do, my clients will have the tools to overcome them. We NOW offer Dynamical Neurofeedack!
I support individuals, couples, and families, from age 4+. My passion is my work with my minor-aged clients. I practice play therapy, art therapy, bibliotherapy and more creative ways to connect with my younger clients. When treating younger clients, I work with the entire family so the whole family benefits from therapy! We NOW offer GROUPS for ALL AGEs!
