I am a growth-focused and compassionate professional with hands-on experience in delivering practical and emotional support to a wide range of clients. I use an integrative approach to treat the whole person instead of symptoms attributed to multiple diagnoses.
For long-term outcomes, I use DBT, CBT, innovative treatments focusing on the mind and body connection, and interventions using elements of expressive arts therapy. Most importantly, I offer safety, genuine empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard to address the needs of my clients.
Some fun facts about me include being a wife of 20 years, a cat mom to four beautiful feline fur-babies, and an aunt to three nieces and three nephews. In addition, I have a love for the piano and ukulele, and a special place in my heart for CrossFit and flying trapeze (yes, like in the circus).
