I have been a therapist since 2009. Becoming an online professional after the pandemic has been a breaking point, with much learning and growth gained. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger management, and PTSD, among other areas. My initial approach is cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and talk therapy. I can meet online or in person.
