The first step of asking for help is always difficult. If you are like myself, then you’ve probably spent significant time doing online research in an effort to understand and address your perceived problem(s). If you are like me, you most likely have tried every possible solution/option available to address your perceived problem. Most people, myself included, come to seek mental health services after the perceived “problem” has caused emotional devastation. This is because asking for help is not easy. But if you have experienced trauma, this can feel like an impossible task. I commend you for searching out support.
I am an ACSW with specialized training in the treatment of trauma, including various certifications in specific treatment modalities. I invite you to check out my full bio on the website to learn more and to contact me for a free consultation to learn about how I can support you in achieving your wellness goals.
You are not alone. A good therapist believes that, but a great therapist makes you feel that. I want you to know that you are capable healing and overcoming every obstacle, despite your current circumstances. I do provide free consultations and encourage you to contact me to see how I can support you in reaching your therapeutic goals.
No estás solo.
