This could be anything from relationship difficulties, depressive or anxious moods, angry outbursts, or insomnia. These issues are often just the tip of the iceberg, but by looking at what's beneath the surface, we can relieve the uncomfortable symptoms and change the patterns.

As your therapist, I want to help you move into the the joy filled life you deserve. My goal is to see clients empowered and gain skills to navigate life in a more free manner.

We all face challenges, but it's a sign of strength to ask for help in moving through them. My own journey has given me experiences that allow me to empathize with many of the struggles clients experience. It is a gift to share in people's journey to a fuller life.
