I specialize in working with teens and adults with anxiety and ADHD.
I can help get to the root of anxious and racing thoughts to understand their cause, so long term healing and change can begin. We will simultaneously explore issues while also developing coping skills to alleviate day-to-day stress. We will explore the ADHD brain and learn its strengths so you can excel in your brain's own natural rhythm.
Alleviating worrisome thoughts can help you find joy in daily activities and create a more rewarding and fulfilling life.
