My practice focuses on women struggling with life transitions (breakups, divorce, job change etc.), trauma, anxiety and grief. Often these feelings and events can be intermingled and you're feeling it all. I use talk therapy along with expressive arts therapy (journaling, life maps, writing, painting/drawing), mindfulness/meditation/yoga.
