Welcome, and thank you for being here. I’m Dr. Denise Mosby-Lewis, a licensed professional counselor with 20+ years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, and many other issues. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the future, I will provide you with a safe and supportive space to help you feel comfortable, grounded, and empowered. I use the Person-Centered Approach, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Sessions are practical and focused on assisting you in the transition to greater clarity and self-confidence.
My approach is rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Empowerment and collaboration: therapy is a joint process; therefore, we will be in partnership. Holistic support: not just symptom relief, but long-term well-being.
