I know life can become difficult at times and it may seem like all hope is lost. You constantly worry, struggle to catch your breath, and have many sleepless nights. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. A few of my specialty areas are; CBT, talk therapy, mindfulness, brief therapy, family therapy, PTSD, mood disorders, grief/loss, and anxiety. I have experience as a Mental Health/Substance Abuse co-occurring outpatient therapist. I am certified in strengthening families, seeking safety, and SPARCS.
