I have worked in the Bangor community for most of my career with a local agency, as well as a mental health hospital providing intensive outpatient counseling. My primary modality is Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or DBT, which teaches skills and theories pertaining to regulating emotions and accountability. I also use other modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered and solution focused.
At Balanced Mind Therapy, you will receive direct, genuinely compassionate care in a private setting. I have over twenty years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. We can meet via televideo at this time. All paperwork is electronic as well.
