Hello! I specialize in Youth and Adolescent therapies as a Clinical Care Service Provider for ADHD. This means I have received advanced training in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and executive functioning skills, enabling me to support clients with attentional difficulties, organizational challenges, and time management. This is a small group experience available online. The Secure Parent Collective runs year round to support parents in their journey. The Secure Parent Collective is guided by Denise Mendes-Wilson, MA, LCMHC and each week she encourages you to explore the impacts of attachment styles in the parent-child relationship.
