I provide counseling and mediation services. My passion is to help every individual understand and conquer their challenges, achieve their desired goals, and live a life of wellness. My specialty is working with individuals who have experienced traumatic situations. Often these traumas can later be experienced in a variety of ways including depression, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, addictions, fear, and flash backs. I specialize in RRT to clear the effects of past traumas and provide you freedom from past hurts.
RRT is a fast, painless and an effective method of treatment for many of life's problems by eliminating the negative effects of past experiences and distorted beliefs.
