Hi there! I have a passion for helping you feel understood and supported as you navigate through the challenges of life. My approach is all about understanding your unique story and working together to find solutions that fit you. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, or just looking to explore your thoughts and feelings, I want you to know that you're not alone.
I also have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My goal is to help individuals break free from the cycle of OCD by providing a supportive, safe space to face fears, build resilience, and regain confidence.
I take a collaborative approach to counseling, which means we’re in this together. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe that you are the expert of your own story, and I’m here to walk alongside you, to help you find tools, insights, and confidence within yourself.
Outside of the counseling space, you can usually find me playing music, cooking something new, diving into a good video game, or spending time with the people I love.
I’m excited to meet you and start this journey together!
