My practice focuses on working with both cisgender and transgender individuals, from college age to elders, as they navigate relationship dynamics, life transitions, and processing thoughts and feelings related to the experiences of their lives. I help clients gain clarity, decrease anxiety, and increase feelings of empowerment.

I will help you unearth and hone the strengths you possess, and will support you as you acquire new ones. I will help you recognize thoughts that are keeping you stuck and will work with you to identify new ways of thinking and being that ring true and empower you to move forward. I also utilize mindfulness and a variety of creative modalities in my work.
