As an EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant, I use EMDR with clients who want an effective and clear-cut method to overcome the challenges of complex-PTSD, depression, and anxiety that can arise from relationship issues, life transitions, occupational plight, or issues of family, social, and cultural duress. In practice for over ten years, I am more than EMDR-trained. I exclusively use EMDR therapy with my clients, and I am actively connected to a national and international network of professionals dedicated to advancing EMDR treatment, research, and protocols. I also provide EMDR consultations for therapists.
My clients are professionals and other high-functioning adults who want a safe and protective space to work through their concerns. I like to build close relationships with my clients and I'm told that I have an open, personable, and pragmatic style that truly helps them get results.

Part I, "Beginning the Licensure Journey" covers what to expect during the first 3,000 hours of the typical clinical social work career. Part II, "The 3,000th Hour and Beyond" addresses pitfalls that can arise just as the first 3,000 hours draw to a close, and offers helpful considerations for entering private practice.
