Internally, they may be carrying emotional exhaustion, unresolved trauma, relationship stress, anxiety, anger, or the pressure of constantly holding everything together for everyone else.
I also have extensive experience working with justice-involved clients, including individuals navigating probation, parole, court involvement, domestic violence intervention, substance use recovery, and the challenges of rebuilding their lives. My approach is rooted in accountability, compassion, and evidence-based practices that promote lasting change.
