Most people come to therapy when life feels heavier than they can carry alone-whether its anxiety, depression, illness, grief, relationship strain or the quiet transitions that occur through out life. Others are navigating how to cope with the strain of their closest relationships- couples, parents or families. People coming for therapy are looking for therapy that does not feel like one size fits all approach because it never is. I offer clients a genuine presence to explore what they need and work with them to restore hope and healing in their lives.
In our work together, we gently bring awareness to your unique needs and goals. Some of my specialties are anxiety, grief or trauma, relationship issues, life transitions or mid life changes, My approach is integrative using practical tools that help. I also can provide therapy outdoors as nature has powerful and calming affects on our bodies and minds.
