Hello! I provide counseling to adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and adjustment to life transitions. I've been a licensed counselor for 16 years and have worked in a variety of settings. During our initial session I'll assess your symptoms and discuss your goals for therapy. My hope is for you to feel safe and comfortable talking about the stressors impacting your life.
I’m here to listen, provide support and help you find relief. We’ll determine your goals and work toward achieving them each session we meet. In sessions you'll gain insight and confidence to manage symptoms as they arise. I'm trained in EMDR therapy for those experiencing traumatic memories or distressing life events.
