My expertise includes treating of depression , anxiety, phase of life challenges, relationship issues and self destructive behaviors. This is achieved through life coaching ,parent coaching, counseling, behavior modification, spiritual guidance (angel card readings, exploration and connection with the higher spirit) and Reiki. With this process, growth is accelerated and sustained.
I have over 23 years of experience in guiding and treating towards improving the quality of life . I practice with each person/family/system as a whole being/entity, not as a diagnosis. I am available for crisis sessions understanding sometimes change is started by a crisis in our lives.
