I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's Degree in Social Work from Radford University. I have been working in the behavioral health field for 28 years, providing therapy to individuals and families. I work in a person-focused and centered approach. My therapeutic style draws from attachment-based, cognitive behavioral (CBT), culturally sensitive, family systems, grief, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, strength-based, trauma-focused, and eclectic modalities.
