I counsel adults and couples, to address a variety of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship problems. My principle goal is to help you find solutions for living well! I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques and use an individualized approach to ensure each person is getting the approach that is right for him, her, or them.
I specialize in helping individuals who have been exposed to trauma including: physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, natural disasters, as well as emergency services personnel such as police, corrections, fire, military, and ambulance professionals.
