I am strengths based and solution oriented. I draw inspiration from multiple modalities. You will learn skills from cognitive models - learning about how your thoughts affect you and how to change thoughts for different effects. I offer EMDR therapy - fusing somatic and cognitive approaches - for trauma and other issues.
My practice is secular and I enthusiastically welcome athiests. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, antiracist, and social justice oriented. I welcome fat people and love to work towards body liberation. I focus on you, a unique person in your unique environment.
